FERRANDI Paris presents its book "CHARCUTERIE" at the Festival du Livre Gourmand de Périgueux 2022

First literary event in France dedicated to gastronomy, every 2 years for 30 years, the Festival du Livre Gourmand in Périgueux, combines the passion of words and food.

This year, the Festival du Livre Gourmand in Périgueux will take place on November 18, 19 and 20, 2022.

On Saturday, November 19, at 11:30 a.m., FERRANDI Paris will have the pleasure of presenting its book "CHARCUTERIE" during a demonstration of one of the recipes from the book Terrines "Confectionner un pâté Berrichon", performed by Stéphane Jakic, a teacher-trainer from the school. The demonstration will be followed by a book signing session.
