Professional Cooking and Pastry courses in English at FERRANDI
FERRANDI professors and guest chefs will be giving a series of French cooking and pastry courses in English for professionals interested in upgrading their skills or learning new ones.
Designed for experienced cooks and pastry chefs, each intensive course will cover numerous recipes with exclusive tips from chef-instructors on technique, methodology and recipes. Topics offered in 2014 include Cuisine Bistronomique, The French Macaron, French Charcuterie, Tarts and Entremets and many more.
